Privacy policy

Order details. Name, email, telephone, billing and delivery address, country, and any notes you type at checkout.

Health details you choose to give. Optional fields (physician name, allergies, current medicines, treatments, smoke or alcohol answers) and any prescription file you attach. We use these only to process the order and to talk to you about it.

Payment. Card numbers are not stored in the cart database. After checkout we email payment instructions. Any processor named in that email handles the payment under its own terms.

Technical data. IP address, browser, pages viewed, and similar logs used for security and to keep the site working. Cookies may remember the cart and the destination you last chose.

• To record, pack and track your order
• To confirm a prescription when one is needed
• To answer the desk inbox and send order or tracking mail
• To prevent fraud and keep the shop available
• To meet bookkeeping and other legal duties

We do not sell mailing lists. We do not send marketing mail unless you have asked for it.

The cart and country preference use local storage or a cookie in your browser. You can block cookies in the browser; the catalog will still load, but the cart may not persist.

Only what is needed, with:

• The fulfilment desk and hosting provider
• The postal or courier service that carries the parcel
• The payment service named in your confirmation email, to collect the order total
• Authorities when the law requires it

Those parties should use the data only for that task.

We use ordinary technical and organisational measures. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfil, to handle disputes, and to satisfy tax or medical-product record rules, then delete or anonymise what we no longer need.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold, or to receive a copy. Email help@globalmedicastore.com. We may keep a record where the law requires it.

The shop is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Links off this domain have their own privacy practices. Read those before you send them data.
