How it works
Sildenafil selectively inhibits PDE5. That preserves cGMP in the corpus cavernosum after sexual arousal, allowing smooth muscle to relax and blood to enter the penis. It does not increase testosterone or libido.
Chew one tablet about one hour before planned sexual activity, unless your prescriber sets a different plan. Maximum one dose per 24 hours. Do not combine with other ED products in the same day.
Contraindicated with nitrates and guanylate cyclase stimulators. Caution in hypotension, recent stroke or heart attack, and severe liver disease. Emergency care for priapism or sudden sensory loss.
