You must be 18 or older. By ordering you confirm that the details you give are true, that the delivery address is one we fulfil, and that you will use products only as a licensed clinician directs.

Where a product is prescription-status in your country, you agree to supply a lawful prescription if we ask. We may check it and we may refuse or cancel an order that does not meet the rules of the destination.

Listings can change, go out of stock or be withdrawn without notice. We may limit quantities. Pack photographs are illustrative; manufacturer artwork can vary.

Prices are in USD and include tracked delivery. We try to keep them accurate. If a clear error is spotted after you order, we may cancel and refund what you have paid, or contact you before we continue. Prices can change for later orders.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the desk confirms it. Payment follows the instructions in the confirmation email; do not send card numbers in order notes. We may decline an order for unavailability, a price error, suspected fraud, a missing or invalid prescription, or a breach of these terms. If we have already taken payment for a cancelled order, we will refund it.

Transit windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delays from the carrier, weather, holidays or customs are outside our control. You must give a complete, accurate address. The shipping policy has the detail.

Returns, replacements and refunds follow the refund & return policy. Submitting an order means you have read that policy.

You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, submit false information, attack or overload the service, upload malware, or try to reach accounts or files that are not yours.

Text, layout, logos and original pack photographs on this site belong to Global Medica Store or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

We may revise these terms on this page. The new version applies from the date shown. Using the site after that date is acceptance of the revision.

These terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the destination country of the order, without a conflict-of-laws rule that would point elsewhere. Courts of that destination have jurisdiction over disputes about the order, except where a mandatory consumer forum applies.
