Fenbendazole tablet strengths: 150 mg to 1000 mg

Fenbendazole is a benzimidazole anthelmintic. It binds parasite beta-tubulin so susceptible worms cannot form microtubules or absorb glucose. The Fenbendazole Tablets category lists five tablet strengths: 150 mg, 222 mg, 444 mg, 500 mg and 1000 mg. Standalone mebendazole 100 mg and 500 mg sit under Mebendazole Tablets.

This article is general information for adults. It is not a dose, a “cycle” or a cancer protocol. Strength and course belong with a veterinarian or physician who has identified the parasite. None of these tablets is licensed in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand as a human oncology medicine.

150 mg — Wormentel

Fenbendazole 150 mg is the smallest tablet we list. The carton is Wormentel from Kachhela Medex, ten tablets to a strip. Clinicians or veterinarians sometimes pick a lower milligram when they want finer steps. It is still the same active as the larger tablets, not a “starter oncology pack.”

222 mg and 444 mg — Fenenco

Fenbendazole Tablets 222 mg and Fenbendazole Tablets 444 mg are marketed by Onco India International (Fenenco). The 444 mg tablet is twice the milligram of the 222 mg tablet. That is not permission to split or stack them to invent a third strength. Use the carton that matches the advice you were given.

500 mg and 1000 mg — Wormentel

Fenbendazole 500 mg and Fenbendazole 1000 mg are the higher Wormentel tablets from Kachhela Medex. A 1000 mg tablet is not two 500 mg tablets unless someone qualified has said so and checked the brand. Accidental extra milligrams are a poison-centre question, especially around children and pets.

Mebendazole 500 mg is a different molecule

Mebendazole 100 mg and 500 mg (Mebentel) are human-class benzimidazoles, not fenbendazole. They sit under Mebendazole Tablets with the ivermectin 25 mg plus mebendazole 250 mg combination. Do not swap any of those for one another without advice.
