Fenbendazole is a benzimidazole anthelmintic. This listing is the 444 mg tablet (Fenenco), marketed by Onco India International — twice the milligram of the 222 mg pack, not a substitute milligram-for-milligram without advice.

Historically it has been used in veterinary practice against gastrointestinal nematodes. Human use, when it occurs, should be directed by a clinician who has identified the parasite and weighed safer licensed alternatives such as mebendazole or albendazole.

Global Medica Store lists fenbendazole for customers who have been advised to obtain it. We do not market it as a cancer treatment.

Key points

  • Fenbendazole 444 mg per tablet
  • Fenenco / Onco India International
  • Benzimidazole anthelmintic
  • 10 tablets per strip
  • Not approved as an oncology drug

How it works

Fenbendazole binds beta-tubulin in parasites, blocking microtubule formation so susceptible worms cannot absorb glucose. Host toxicity is usually lower because of differences in tubulin binding, but liver enzymes and blood counts can still shift, especially at high or prolonged doses.
