The 2 mg listing is a vial of semaglutide for weekly subcutaneous use when a clinician has chosen that presentation. It is not the 0.25–0.5 mg starter pen and not the 1 mg pen. Drawing, diluting and dosing from a vial belong with whoever prescribed it.
This article is not a mixing protocol. If the box you open does not match a 2 mg vial, stop and contact the desk.
Not a substitute for the 4 mg vial
A 4 mg vial is a different SKU. Do not invent a 2 mg dose from a 4 mg vial, or the reverse, unless the prescriber has written that plan and you have the right syringes. Unit errors are how people over- or under-dose.
Storage and sharps
Follow the leaflet for refrigeration and in-use time. Needles and a sharps container are part of safe use. Local rules on disposing of sharps still apply where you live. Do not share vials or syringes.
Packs and shipping
Checkout lists 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 vials. USD pack prices include tracked delivery to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Customs can still inspect the parcel. Import and prescription rules remain the recipient’s. Open Semaglutide Injection 2 mg when that is the vial on your plan.
