These capsules contain testosterone undecanoate 40 mg, an ester designed for oral use so some testosterone is absorbed via intestinal lymph rather than a full first pass through the liver.
They are used as replacement therapy when blood tests show hypogonadism and a doctor prefers an oral option instead of gels or injections. Doses are split through the day and often taken with food to improve absorption.
Sun Pharma manufactures widely used 40 mg softgels of this type. We send them with tracked post. They are not a gym supplement.
Key points
- Testosterone undecanoate 40 mg
- Oral softgel capsules
- For medically diagnosed deficiency
- Taken with meals on most regimens
- Alternative to intramuscular TRT
How it works
The undecanoate chain lets testosterone ride on chylomicrons into lymph, bypassing much of the portal circulation. Circulating testosterone then binds androgen receptors. Capsules still suppress the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis and can reduce fertility while they are taken.
Swallow whole with food at the times your prescriber sets. Do not chew. Typical labelled regimens use several capsules per day; your exact total is individual. Keep a dosing diary and attend blood tests. Missed doses should not be doubled without advice.
Same systemic androgen risks as other TRT: prostate monitoring, haematocrit, fluid retention, sleep apnoea, lipid changes. Not for women or children. Not for bodybuilding. Report jaundice, swelling of the ankles, or painful erections. Controlled-drug rules may apply depending on local scheduling of oral testosterone.

Do the capsules replace injections?
They are another delivery route. Levels can be peakier. A clinician compares them with gels or shots based on your labs and preference.
Why take them with food?
Fat in a meal helps lymphatic uptake of testosterone undecanoate. Empty-stomach dosing can under-deliver.
Can athletes use this?
No. Androgens are prohibited in sport and unsafe without a medical indication.
Will you ship to New Zealand and Australia?
Yes. Both countries tightly control androgens — confirm your personal import rights first.
How soon do symptoms change?
Libido or energy may shift over weeks; bone and blood counts take longer. Judge treatment by labs plus how you feel, with your doctor.
